Hope this is right place to post this.

Moving from Dublin to Ennis and currently looking at houses for rent in Moyard/Shanaballa estate.

Just wondering anyone have experience of living in this estate(i.e is it safe area, good location etc)

It looks like roughly 30 mins walk into ennis town centre,is that right?

One of us will be commuting to galway for work so easy access to motorway also a requirement.

    Any feedback welcome.

    Thanks

It is a nice and safe location. Walking to town should take less than 30 min unless you're walking at a very slow pace.

It's on the side of Ennis that has the longest drive to the motorway even though you shouldn't encounter any traffic on the way to it. You'd be ten min off the M18.

Its out on the lahinch road.
Allow 30 minutes to get to Town Centre (O'Connell Monument/Dunnes)

Its on the wrong side of town to commute to Galway.

Better off looking at the Tulla Road side.
From Roslevan Shopping Centre (Liddys) on Tulla Road it will take you just 35 minutes to Make the M6/Coolagh roundabout.

But Galway traffic is its own issue.
