Epg Preview not showing in the TV Guide

    I just got a new 4k UHD LG TV and I'm using the satelite input from the SKY dish and FreeSat programes
    When using the EPG TV Guide the programme small TV preview window is not showing the currently selected programme when I'm scrolling thru the list.

    I'm, sure it did work for a while but not now.
    How can I get the preview to show again??

    A good few people with LG tvs have reported the same. It seems you don't get the full functionality like you would with a freesat set top box.

    Though LG say it is a freesat tv, they don't seem to have full epg functionality. Check to see if your series link recording is working.

    It's the same on Samsung Freesat TVs, it's a Freesat issue not LG

    Only Terrestrial channels show the channel in Guide mode
