Can I purchase extra Eir Homeplugs as my other homeplugs are having connection issues since the Eir BB & TV was installed ( BB moved to the Eir Homeplugs) , they work most of the time but I have to re-secure them when they disconnect so I am guessing these are not 100% compatible with my own ones which are NetGear AV500. I need to either change the Eir ones of the Netgear ones.

There routers are notorious for giving problems a lot of reconditioned routers out there.
I have the home plugs upstairs and and downstairs and I have had a lot of wifi issues while the cable through the home plugs works fine.
I just kept insisting there was a problem until they finally replaced the router no problem since.
You can by the home plugs from eir or I have used a generic one in PC world it works great.

    3) Are you the account holder?
    4) Your DOB

    5) Your full postal address
