    Is there any enforcement of mandatory BER ratings on advertised To Let Platforms, auctioneer web sites etc? You can't advertise a property for rediential lettings without includin a BER

    Email it to the relevant building control authority.
    They have the powers to enforce this issue.

    I seen 2 removed from daft/my home this week due to a lack of ber in place.

    Yah you can. Not sure how they are let away with it but you can do.
