missing posts

    I'm not sure if this is the right place, I had about 10,500 posts there or there about, I just noticed my post count is just under 7000 what would be the reason for this?

    Hi Patrick

    I believe some gigantic threads (nothing recent - mainly chat threads from 6 or more years ago) had to be soft-deleted because they were well over 10k posts and were causing strain on the site (even though they were closed).

    I suspect that some of your posts may have been in those threads.
