UPS returns

    Hi
    I have to return a ring camera that stoped working, they sent replacement and a return label for old camera. Instructions on label says to return to UPS drop off point only problem is I am in the midlands and only option I see on line is farside of Dublin or Shannon. I won’t be near any of those.
    What are my options to get the package back. I have rang then and they were far were helpful saying I would need to drop it in.

    Was the original package delivered by UPS? i.e. Have they got a driver that covers your area? If they do then you can book a collection online.

    Original package was delivered by UPS and return label was in replacement I got so driver wasn’t willing to wait till I put label and pack up old one.
    I rang ups and they said package was a drop off and I would have to pay extra for a pick up something about it being a standard package.
    He did say if I seen a driver locally they would be able to take it off me but they couldn’t Authorise a pick up unless I paid for a pick up and a new label.
    To be honest the guy on the phone had very poor English and communication was poor to say the least ,might ring back in the morning.

    Ok, I understand you. I'd try that link I posted, it doesn't seem to require any information about label itself. All it asks is that you have a valid UPS label, which you do. Worth a shot.
