USB A/B to USB C cable

I want to sync my iPad Pro with USB C to my Mac mini. I always hard sync my devices to my mini. I opted for a cheaper cable for like €12 instead of a similar Griffin one for maybe €30 I think. I want to sync my iPad Pro with USB C to my Mac mini. I always hard sync my devices to my mini.
I opted for a cheaper cable for like €12 instead of a similar Griffin one for maybe €30 I think. I normally opt for the expensive one but thought “hey, it’s says charging and syncing” no such luck with the syncing, super annoying. Has anyone sourced a functional cable for this? What brand if you remember? Thanks.
