Would I qualify for a single mortgage? I currently have a joint mortgage for a property for €174000 since 2010 property is now worth avg €240000 Any profits would be split 50/50 but in principle would be the only available funds to me as a deposit. I earn avg €35000 pa and have no dependents.

    Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here.

Each of our applications would be dealt with on a case by case basis. I'd ask that you discuss this with one of our mortgage specialists and they'll be happy to take all of your details and confirm what options are available to you. I've given a link here that you can use to arrange a call back from our mortgage specialists so they can go through everything with you.

    Thanks again,
    Darren.
