    Hi,

    I booked a service for next year since then they boiler gave up and I had to get someone out to replace it. Would I be able to cancel my service now as I won't need one now until 2020?

    We have limited access to the appointment system in this department. We regret any inconvenience.

    We recommend calling our colleagues in the Home Services department on 1850 372 333 (from 9am to 6pm today) or by email on homeservices@electricireland.ie. They will be able to cancel the app If the appointment is very soon, we would recommend calling as an email can take a number of working days to be responded to.
