Setting up a vpn

    Hi guys

    I have heard of people using a VPN for services such as streaming services. I would like to set up a VPN but I am unsure how to do it and have some concerns.

    First off I pay for a static ip because I have security cameras around the house that I can monitor from my phone.

    Would I still be able to have a VPN without effecting my static ip? I stream from my TV if that helps.

    What would be the best VPN to get I believe that a few companies offer them
