- This is for any game released in 2018 (on any platform, digital or boxed)
- Must apply to a game that was released on or after January 1st 2018 (search for the game on http://www.gamefaqs.com and look at the "Release Data" menu item for a release date). Also see here for a list of games that were released in 2018.
- Top 6-8 will go forward for the Vote (exact number dependent on number of nominations received).
- This is the second of 3 groups of nominees. Final group at the end of the week.
