Amiko Mini Combo Extra Channel List

Hi, I recently bought an Amiko Mini Combo Extra box and had to do a software upgrade as it wouldn't save the terrestrial channels and because of this I have lost the channel list. (my own fault, I should have saved it before hand) Would anyone have or know where I can get an up to date list? Any help appreciated.
