Gearbest ----Empty box

    I ordered a phone from Gearbest a few months ago and I was very happy with the whole experience including the phone.

    So I ordered a new phone last month as a Christmas present for my wife. I got the text today saying it would arrive by courier, which it did.

    However when i opened the box, it was empty!

    I've emailed them and set up a dispute with Paypal.

    Has anyone else experienced this?
