Replace sink hose

The hose under my bathroom sink has split, and is leaking into the cabinet below.

Ive got the replacement hose but one end seems to be glued to the pipe its attached to, and I cant get at it due to the supporting bracket in the cabinet.

To anyone in the know, does this look like something I, or a handyman could do, or is it a job for a plumber?

That's a flexi trap, piece of crap, they are common enough to split.
Youd be better off replacing in for a p-trap.
You will need to cut the marley pipe and extend it and then glue an elbow to bring it into the p-trap.
If you don't feel confident just get a plumber to do it, it's a simple enough job.
