    Hi everyone,
How long did it take everyone to receive notice of penalty points/fine after getting caught by speed van, I’m not 100% if I hit the brakes on time!

It’ll be 3 weeks on Friday and still haven’t received anything, am I in the safe zone yet??

Getting there. About 10 days or so. If you haven’t heard anything in another week, you probably got away with it.

They have up to 6 months to apply for the summons and it's not determined how long they have to serve it. So saying a month and you'll be fine isn't correct.

Just as well I didn’t say it then!

About 120 in a 100 zone! Lesson is well and truly learned!

Yes, but a FCPN (ticket) had to issued first.
That ticket has to be paid within 56 days.

After that a summons can be issued, but with that summons, will be another chance to pay the fine.

But, if you were that one person per hour on average to be caught by the GoSafe van, you'll have a letter within 2 weeks.

And since it's been 3 weeks. You're home safe.

120 as registered by your speedometer in the car or something more accurate?
You were probably doing closer to 110 so maybe you slowed to 100 in time.
