Do I have to place my boiler on the external wall of my kitchen?
Is there any other option? E.g. utility room ( no external wall) ?
    Any creative alternatives?

External wall and flue straight out through the wall.
You also have a condenser pipe to worry about that discharges hot water.

This needs to go to a fouls drain, a soak pit or piped internally to a asteroid pipe.

What about under a kitchen counter top?

I moved into a new bills and the boiler is outside in a small well insulated shed.

Great to have it outside and have more space in the kitchen.

I don't think it's the cheapest option however!
