Here is one available atm.

1.create new ebay account on ebay.com.au, set country of residence as Australia.
2.find what you want to buy, on ebay.ie/co.uk etc, then change to aus site by changing webaddress from .ie to .com.au
3.enter a random australian address (if you are asked to verify account by text, you can still use an irish mobile number).
4. enter discount code.
5. go back and change to irish address and pay

the glitch is that the code will work when australian address is on invoice, but the code remains active when changed to irish address.

you can download hukd app and set keyword alert to ebay and your phone will notify you to when there is a code.

You can just change your registration address to the UK if you find out that it doesn't work in checkout. If its a buy it now, add to cart instead of buy it now, go to cart, enter code, and you will know if you need to change countries.
