    Hi letsgo2018,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble contacting us.

If you wish to port over your number you can do so by going into your local eir store or click here to contact our tech support on webchat.

A PIN is what you use to unlock the SIM card in order to register it to the network. A network PIN is also referred to as an unlocking code, which is used to unlock a mobile phone from its network so it can be used with other networks.
