Anyone recommend a carpenter?

    Does anyone know a fairly non-expensive carpenter available around the city, ideally available this Dec/Jan/Feb?

    Looking to have a built-in desk made & fitted, and some (storage) fitted shelving made too. (Basically a rounded L-shaped desk in the corner of one room, perhaps with some simple shelves underneath. And a couple of sturdy shelves up high for storage cupboards).

    It's TOUGH finding someone available. The work isn't done yet but have someone willing to start in the new few weeks. Can't really recommend him yet obviously, but will be happy to reply here or PM if/when it's done.
