Cancelled account outstanding credit

    Hi, I canceled bilpay account but looks like I have credit, how to get refund?
    Your bill amount is € -14.24



    I tried to contact eir but without an active number I can not talk to customer care.

    If you could PM me the following account details, I can have a look into this for you.

    1) Account number
    2) Account name
    3) Are you the account holder?
    4) Your DOB

    5) The first line of your address
