    Hi,

I'm having trouble with a Zanussi 6kg combination washing/dryer. It's not drying clothes properly and seems to be excess water building up from filter. Have taken out filter and cleared it few times now. Clothes are still sopping wet after a dry cycle. Error message E20 comes up. Anyone experience this before and/or know how to fix?

Thanks a lot for any help in advance!

when doing a drying cycle you need to remove approx. half the wash load

E20 indicates a pump problem, it may be a worn/sticking pump or a blockage in the emptying hoses. You haven't mentioned having an emptying problem during the washing cycle where the issue should also present itself. As a diy test set the machine to drain with the filter removed and press the start/pause button several times while observing the pump impellar, if it sticks the pump needs replacing. make sure you re fit the filter after testing
