AddressPal USA delays processing?

A package I ordered from US seller has been marked as delivered to address pal US by USPS, but I haven't received any confirmation from address pal like I normally would. Tracked as delivered 3 days ago. I've raised a ticket with them, but might just be time of the year for the delays. Anyone else had delays recently?
