New customer & Overcharged!

    First of all, why do you have a customer service if no-one can get through!!! Spend hours on hold last 3 days. Absolutely useless!!!!! 50 minutes this evening alone!!!

    So my issue, I signed up last month as a new customer to "eir Complete Broadband, Phone & 4G Mobile" which was 49.98e per month. However, I cancelled the Broadband & phone within 9 days (& cool off period) after due to no coverage & slow speeds with the broadband mobile unit in the shop where I signed up. I kept the mobile 30 day aim only plan which they told me would be 20e a month. I signed forms etc there too.

    To my surprise my 1st bill is 114e!!! I talked to your 'online help' person who said I was still signed to all packages & paying some random prices for them which don't match the email receipt/welcome email I got. This is ridiculous!!! Could someone in EIR please sort this out & contact me as I'm sick trying to ring and get through. Pure rip off

    Contact your bank to cancel and reverse the direct debit. You'll probably be charged again before you get eir to sort it.

    When you do get through, tell them you'd like to make a formal complaint, that gets them moving sometimes.
