I want to make some old fashions at Christmas and I can seem to fin Angostura bitters anywhere here in the midlands

Other bitters will taste substantially different They're not that dear anyway. Really an off licence only product, bar some very big SuperValu stores

Same problem i had, bought a bottle from drinkstore.ie for €11. Can't really go too far wrong and makes a nice drink.

O' Briens here didn't have it in stock and carry out and few others i tried just don't do it.

I've never seen them, not even in Specials.
