Luggage and connecting flights to Canada

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone might have some experience/ advice on this. I am travelling to Canada in a few weeks with a number of connecting flights but all with Air Canada. Dublin to Newark, Newark to Toronto and then Toronto to Toronto,London.

Does anyone know if my baggage would get checked in all the way to the final destination or if there is a huge risk of the luggage being lost?

Would I have to collect my luggage at each terminal and check in each time or would they automatically put it straight through to the next plane?

    Any advice much appreciated :)

Air Canada should check it straight through.

Air Canada do not fly from Dublin to Newark, it will be a code-share with United or Aer Lingus.

If booked on the one ticket, bags will be tagged to Toronto.
