Tried this earlier on and works well.. https://www.skype.com/en/alexa/ "Alexa, ring <Name In Phonebook> on Skype" You'll get 100 free minutes which may come in handy over Christmas.

You have to pay for Skype now? Why would anyone do that with the multitude of other options available for free
