"plinth block" where to buy?

Hello everyone. looking for a store online or offline to by "plinth block" However I found that the mot of the shops are in US . I know that skirting board in US is baseboard How is this "plinth block" called in Ireland/UK ?

If I am on the right path, just cut the desired size from a length of mitred/ designed skirting board?

found that, also found more options when using architrave plinth or architrave heel .
