Lack of customer care

    I've just been onto the wonderful customer service team once again, 51 minutes on hold then they hung up,

    The reason I was trying to get onto them was that 15 days ago I tried to get on to them and got their sales team. As I had been overcharged by €50 a month after my contract ended (I was still being charged the phone plus tarrif charge on two handsets for five months instead of simply only pricing) I was told by a field agent who called to my door that I would be due a refund.

    I had to speak to the agent on the phone after and hour trying to talk to one of their online guys, who didn't understand what I was talking about. So i fully explained the situation to the agent was told all was grand and I would get a refund, so was happy out and as I needed new phones extended my contract on the basis this refund would go into my account.

    I was happy as Larry as it appeared withing two days. I paid €298 for the phones and was given an extra €100 credit for that. Happy days I thought until today as my bill arrived, with a service charge on it of exactly €298 and all my credits gone. Now my balance of -€123 has been whiped out and my bill is €190 this month that dispite me signing up to a contract of €129 a month. Now there was €10 out of bundle but this is a piss take.

    Also note the bill changed dramatically on the 15th day since I signed up to the new contract so that I can't now back out,

    A very pi##ed off customer who can't even become a former customer now for 23 months

    Some shower, they wont chat they wont talk, I cant even get my account number as they mixed that up when I changed to fibre, which is another disaster. I would advise no one to join or take any offer from them, they dont deserve custom. Treacy Kyle Sarah and the crew here are not much addition either. Wate of time roll on March until I can move on. But before that i have 3 cases with COMREG..
