Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A nice bar / lounge to spend 2-3 hours near Passport Office

    Passport Office: https://goo.gl/maps/UVTH4pCADEP2

Can anyone recommend a nice bar / lounge (could be in a hotel) to sit back and have a few drinks in for an afternoon? I'll be waiting on someone in the office, but can drink / eat away to my hearts content.

Ideally no more than 10 min walk from the location above.

I'm happy to either go with "nice, upmarket and relaxing", or "Totally quirky (Think ruin bar in Budapest" - just nothing dodgy / in the middle :D

    Cheers!

The Crown is about a 10 minute walk from there, if you got one of the snugs it would be very nice for a few afternoon pints.

Haven't been to it but the Bullitt hotel got some good press when it opened, that's closer and quirkier.

    Bittles bar is decent too.

Cheers. Also found 'Kellys Cellars', so between recommendations and own research, should all be good!

Good upmarket café-bar is Café Parisien with a nice view of Belfast City Hall: https://www.cafeparisienbelfast.com (6 minutes' walk says Google)

A decent pub is the Garrick: http://www.thegarrickbar.com (3 minutes' walk says Google)
