Disconnected despite agreed payment

    Good morning,
    Our account has been disconnected for outstanding balance despite a recently agreed monthly payment which had been paid.

    It is impossible to get through to Eir without paying outstanding balance that is well above the agreed cost.

    Could you please assist?
