Upgrade to 2013 build Gaming PC to Photo editing build!

Hi All,
I built a Gaming PC back in 2013 with some great advice and guidance from all the good people on here. I'm no longer gaming on it but it's used entirely for photo editing (Lightroom and Photoshop both on the subscription so up to date)
I need to upgrage as it's starting to get a little sluggish and I need to upgrade to windows 10 to get the most out of LR and PS.

Thinking new...

1. Mother board
2. Processor
3. Ram
4. Graphics Card (Need to run a 2k Monitor and 1080p second monitor)
5. Cooler
6. Bigger SSD (M.2 maybe)
7. Windows 10

Price wise I want to see maybe €500 to €600 if possible
I have all the peripherals and Power supply, case and Hard drives

Use stock CPU cooler & install Windows 10 fresh - you don't have to buy & can activate later, it will still run everything.

That particular GT1030 was chosen as it's GDDR5 (avoid the DDR4 models at all costs!) and has 1x DisplayPort & 1x HDMI - choose a different GT1030 model depending on your monitor inputs.
RAM speed shouldn't matter too much as long as it's at/above 2400MHz, but lowest CAS timings do.
AMD AM4 platform because Intel isn't competitive at this price point.
