Sold the car 4 days before booked nct appointment. I booked with my card. If I call them and tell them will they waive the fee or how does it work? Thanks

looks like they will bill the car when it comes in next

Unsure if it'd apply to internet booking and card involvement.

However that's the scenario when test's been booked over the phone - no show fee would appear for next owner. And that can be cancelled straight away if new owner contact them with brief explanation (bought a car recently, etc).

Block the payment on your card. I had a situation before where id gotten an updated bank card so it voided the transaction, had to pay on the day

Is the new owner aware of the date and time of the NCT booking?
