Harmony and Virgin Media Box

    Hey Guys,

    I'm just getting started with HA so have a few questions if anyone can help!

    I have a Harmony Ultimate and Virgin Media. I have been unable to figure out how to properly control the Virgin box without using the Virgin remote. I can change channel, but that's about it - no guide, back, recordings etc.

    Has anyone figured this out at all?
