Stove with back boiler

Hi everyone, sorry now if this is a stupid question, but just wondering, our stove heats our rads upstairs but doesn't heat downstairs rads. Is there anyway we could get the down stairs rads heated from the stove or what could we do? Home heating oil is getting a bit expensive!!!! thanks in advance.
