Haven't tried one myself yet, but I know a few who have and they found it good. In some cases it confirmed that their setup was already good. In others it recommended changes which they felt improved their setup.

Bear in mind that to get the most out of it you'll probably need to test it in a few different locations. One person told me that the setup it recommended for Djouce was quite different to that for Carrick.

Not particularly familiar with it myself, but my thoughts are that it may be somewhat helpful for pros looking to get the last few marginal time improvements from their top end setup - and even then it can only be a guide and isn't necessarily someones preference.

Outside of that scenario, if you're fast enough for it to be of any benefit to you - then you almost certainly have the intuition to set up the suspension properly yourself.

For what its worth, I added 2X volume spacers before I was out in Djouse last week and thought the bike felt terrible and that I had overdone it, but said I'd give it a few weeks before going back to 1X.

Went out again yesterday after not properly washing brake cleaner off the pads or discs (I know..), and the bike felt brilliant. Brakes were way more progressive and didn't lock easily, and the suspension felt great. My point really is that it's all about personal preference - and when you get it right, you'll instantly know.
