Are Quarq shockwiz any good?

    Hi can I ask has anyone ever used the Quarq shockwiz to help set up a mountain bike suspension , I’m thinking of hiring one , are they worth it ??

    I probably wouldn't purchase one myself, I know some places used to rent them out..

    Or do a group buy with some of your buddies and spread the cost...

    It really depends. it takes some setting up and you need multiple run after run adjusting one setting at a time. front and back.

    Good if you think your setup is miles off or if you just want to confirm.
    I got 98% on my front i think on my first run so it was just good to confirm.
    My fork didnt have the setting it was suggesting to change so I was happy at that.

    prob wouldn't buy and if renting make sure its at least a weekend, on very familiar trails and dont change anything else on your bike before going for it.

    watch all the tutorials and make sure you calibrate before you go out.
