hi

it sounded like i had not successfully got the position as the Interviewer said i will try and push the new position with the Manager

my question is after doing the induction and filling paperwork it seems odd that they would bring me in to the agency after the induction ,

That is extremely weird.

You need to call the recruiter and ask for clarification.
