    I saw a professional driver (taxi - lol) do just that at the Spawell roundabout last night. Cut across three lanes after coming into the roundabout on the left.

    I sat on the horn as he cut across me.

    Unless you're on the three-lane section of the M50, where lane 1 is invariably the quickest place to be.
