    Hi All,

I've a BER cert on my house, B1, getting solar in a few weeks/months and I will need to update the cert.

I'm just wondering can someone do this for me remotely? The guy that did the BER cert first day disappeared.

Going to go the grant route for the battery part of the install and was trying to figure out how much it would cost.

Syd, here in Dublin, got it done during the summer for house sale for family member.

All for €149. Included Cert and SEAI fee.

    3 bed, 2 storey dwellings.
