Dont think you can blame the lefties for this. Seems to be a stupidity of legal eagles. This man does not deserve to have testicles let alone visit the child. He is a danger to society and to children. Id say there are legals ways like barring orders the mother can use to stop this monster from having any access to the child.

Edit, politicians made the decisions to not action grooming gangs for years. But the voters put the politicians there.
You want police to be tough on crime? Then vote for politicians that have a track record of letting police do their job properly and will support them when the lefties starts pulling the racist card.

And now UK need politicians that will look at not letting rapists have access to their victim's children.
It's easy to be outraged on the internet, and then go vote for politicians that won't change anything.

But anyway, the photos of her as a happy smiley looking younger girl are so heartbreaking - especially after age 14 when you know what she had been put through.

Her eyes look haunted today. I can't fathom how ruined these women's and girls' lives are; how much has been stolen from them.

I think the point the OP is trying to make is why aren,t the left more vocal about this case ? over the last year there,s being all this #metoo & so forth- well where is the #metoo movement to show solidarity to this woman & other victims of grooming gangs ? There appears to be a deafening silence from #metoo & left wing groups when it comes to grooming gangs. I can.t help but wonder why that is, is it because they re the wrong perpetrators different religion/background etc ? Its double standards for some people to talk about " rape culture " & then be silent about cases like this & grooming gangs.

We were racing towards eradicating religion from having an influence in Western society, that appears to have ground to a sudden and worrying halt. Even in Ireland, legislation was brought in recently to prevent the Catholic Church from refusing non-catholics however an exemption applies to minority faiths. In fact Rotherham council should be disbanded and all employees fired.

When applying for a care order for a child the social worker has to say who the father is and make every effort to inform him about the proceedings. He will always be entitled to free legal representation in Court. The social worker would not have done their job if they decided to leave the father out just because he's a rapist.

Obviously a risk assessment would need to be completed and you'd expect that this man would be considered too high a risk to have contact with a child especially if he had no relationship before the proceedings.

However, It is also part of a social worker's job to discuss the child's wishes and feelings with them regarding how much contact they have with their family while in care and to support them to have positive contact with their family.


So just because this child's father is an arsehole doesn't mean that the social services can ignore his existence.
