RTE Player in the UK

I'm keen to watch RTE's Taken Down from the UK, but I need a VPN to set my location to Ireland so I can access all the content. I tried ExpressVPN but RTE seems to block it. Does anyone know of a VPN that currently works for RTE Player abroad ?
