Never have used auctions until recently found em, thou one question looking for quite expensive PC part and many sell used one, given its rare and at least few years old can be tricky in getting one in good condition, that said most sellers have no returns policy.

So sort of knowing that PP and ebay have buyers protection, can i be confident that if i receive dud i would have no issues getting cash back, as said no experience with auctions besides regular buying so just wanna avoid costly mistake.

    thx for any inputs.
