I am having a problem with our Electrolux insight cooker. The clock has started switching itself off and will turn back on flashing at 12.00.

The problem is the main oven won't work unless the time is set so if u are out of the room and don't stop the clock turning off to reset it, the oven will turn stay off.

I've priced the clocks at approx 150...I'm just wondering of anyone knows is this issue a replacement clock or is there something else to fix it

Are you sure you are setting up the timer correctly, make sure the symbol with a pot steaming is displayed, if you have the manual read back over it. If you are sure the timer is misbehaving and you don't want to spend 150e the timer can be bypassed, it should be no bother to your local service tech/sparks

Ya I'm 100% sure. It'll be working finr and then youll hear a click or 2 and the display will flicker and then goes back to 12.00. Can happen in the middle of a long cooking session
