I recently finished up a job in which I never received a pay slip in, but got my wage every week. I asked about holiday pay and was told I never payed PAYE and this would have to be deducted from whatever holiday pay I may or may not receive.
    Is this legal,?
    PLEASE HELP?

Not legal at all. You are entitled to payslips detailing wages etc and deductions. A visit to citizens advice tomorrow or a phone call to NERA should resolve these issues.

Did you pay tax on your wage or was it cash in hand .........
Why did you not previously ask for a wage slip ?

    From Galway county
    Not a regional issue
