No Disabled/Deaf Access for BOI online blocked 365 online access

    It's very difficult for me to face access to speak with BOI member because of security reason. What if someone else pretend to be someone else to access someone else account with details. I got my 365 online blocked because I accidentally put the wrong number. Saturday branches closed on Saturday and I have to wait until Monday but I need to access now.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here and sorry to that you're unhappy with this.
    I can confirm that if you have attempted to log in on the mobile app and the main website and got the same message through both you would need to pop into a branch of Bank of Ireland so this can be unlocked. I've given a link here that shows all the branches that would be open today in case there is any branches open near you. 
    Also please be assured we pass on all the feedback we receive here.
