Couch - Antique, Vintage or Retro

New couch needed but most modern couches seem unnecessarily large especially when it's being bought for a small room.

Watching Mad Men of late and really taken with the clean design of that era, sharp clean efficiently designed furniture rather than the big fat overstuffed marshmallows that is offered in most modern furniture retailers.

With this in mind can anyone recommend a retailer specialising in vintage, modern classic furniture rather than true antiques?

    Thanks Folks!

I've never wat that show so I'm not sure exactly what style you like. Howevet, you might like the Parker Knoll range of furniture which has stood the test of time and available in Arnotts and similar stores in Cork and Galway.

Couches without upper back/neck support are useless so keep that in mind.

My sister just ordered a Parker Knowles suite from Casey's in cork and it is fantastic, comfortable and not too oversized
