Saw a laptop on the laptopdirect website and wondering if it would be a decent laptop for everyday use e.g browsing , Microsoft Office, storing photos. I want a DVD drive so I can copy music CD's onto a USB stick so I can play in the car. My budget would be 400 - 600 Euro. I can't post the link to the laptop as I'm a new member to boards, but the description is as follows:

    Lenovo V130 Core I5-7200U 8GB 256GB DVD-RW 15.6 Inch Windows 10 Laptop for 527 Euro.

I've always purchased Dell laptops in the past, so would not be too familiar with Lenovo.

Also, would laptopsdirect.ie be a fairly reputable company?

Apologies, as I know this type of query has been done to death coming up to Black Friday.

    Thanks.

Should be fine for what you want. Size of the HDD suggest it's rather a SSD which will give you quick boot times.
