    Hi,

hoping that someone here might be able to shed some light onto this for me.

For judicial separation case starting out, what's the waiting time to get into court in Dublin?

Been messed about by ex and now need to start the process again myself. It had been in a court down the country but the courts down there dont sit as often so I was considering serving her in Dublin.

Short marriage, no kids, only property to sort.

I have heard the length of time is nearly a year before you get to court. Court services are overwhelmed and under staffed.

About 6-8 weeks from lodging the final paperwork to a court date in the Dublin Family Court at the moment.
