Manhole left damaged noisy by Irish Water

    We live on Putland Road in Bray. After Irish Water did some work recently the manhole cover has been left "loose" and so traffic causes a large bang-bang when travelling over it. I contacted the council in Bray who say it is Irish Water's responsibility . I cannot find a way of contacting Irish Water about this by email.

    Thanks Alex. IN the meantime I was able to make contact by phone and have been given a reference number .
