    Hey up Guys.
    Maybe not the right forum, if not please move.....
    Am wondering if bringing home to Ireland cigs/tobacco (tax paid!!)from Luxembourg is governed the same as the rest of the EU..??
    Have Emailed customs about this but no response..
    Any info appreciated....ty

    Why would it be any different?

    Once you can show that they are for your own personal use ( Customs have a rough guide of 800 ), you won’t have a problem.

    Much more and you may be in trouble.

    Just thought I'd heard somewhere that you could not bring in as much from Luxembourg as from the rest of EU...
